1. Scope of Work

The Developer agrees to perform services as described in the specific project proposal. Any additional features, revisions, or maintenance requested outside the original scope will be subject to a new estimate or an hourly rate.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required before work commences. Final payment is due upon project completion prior to source code transfer. Late fees may apply to overdue invoices.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to final custom code. The Developer retains the right to use the project for portfolio/marketing and maintains ownership of pre-existing boilerplates.

4. Warranties & Liability

The Developer provides a limited bug-fix period post-launch. The Developer is not liable for lost profits or third-party API deprecations. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
